Okrem toho som po \u010dase o \u00fa\u010dtovn\u00edctvo stratila absol\u00fatne z\u00e1ujem. V\u017edy ma ale fascinovala medic\u00edna. Pri v\u00fdbere \u0161koly som zva\u017eovala aj zdravotn\u00e9 zameranie, vo\u013eba v\u0161ak i\u0161la in\u00fdm smerom. Dnes je tomu u\u017e viac ako \u0161es\u0165 rokov, \u010do sa vzdel\u00e1vam v obore medic\u00edny. Nie v\u0161ak klasickej. Po viacer\u00fdch zdravotn\u00fdch probl\u00e9moch nielen mojich ale aj mojich bl\u00edzkych, som za za\u010dala venova\u0165 cvi\u010deniu. K tomu ale patrila aj strava. Tak som sa n\u00e1hodne dostala na \u0161t\u00fadium nutricionistiky.Patr\u00edm k \u013eu\u010fom, ktor\u00fd ak nie\u010do robia, robia to poriadne. Z\u00edskavala som teda \u010doraz \u0161ir\u0161\u00ed rozh\u013ead a otv\u00e1rali sa mi dvere problematiky a zlo\u017eitosti \u013eudsk\u00e9ho tela. Neviem ani zr\u00e1ta\u0165 ko\u013eko kn\u00edh, kurzov, workshopov a in\u00fdch vzdel\u00e1vac\u00edch kan\u00e1lov som u\u017e za tie roky pre\u0161la. Dnes sa venujem celostnej medic\u00edne a pom\u00e1ham \u013eu\u010fom rie\u0161i\u0165 ich zdravotn\u00e9 probl\u00e9my. Nie v\u010faka chemick\u00fdm liekom &#8211; ale v\u010faka tomu, \u010do m\u00e1 ka\u017ed\u00fd poruke. V\u010faka pr\u00edrode a rozumu. Pochopila som ak\u00e9 d\u00f4le\u017eit\u00e9 je vedie\u0165 o svojom tele \u010do najviac. Aj rie\u0161enie probl\u00e9mu, ktor\u00fd je zdanlivo nerie\u0161ite\u013en\u00fd je bli\u017e\u0161ie ne\u017e by sme si mysleli. Chronick\u00e9 probl\u00e9my pritom nie s\u00fa v\u00fdsledkom choroby, ktor\u00fa lek\u00e1r nedok\u00e1zal vylie\u010di\u0165. S\u00fa logick\u00fdm vyvrcholen\u00edm negat\u00edvneho stavu n\u00e1\u0161ho tela po dlh\u00fa dobu. Zl\u00e1 strava, nedostatok pohybu, permanentn\u00fd stres \u010di nespr\u00e1vne pohybov\u00e9 vzorce. Aj to m\u00f4\u017ee by\u0165 pr\u00ed\u010dina ochoren\u00ed. Zvl\u00e1\u0161tne je na tom to, \u017ee \u013eudia akoby nevedeli z \u010doho vznikaj\u00fa.Hlavnou negat\u00edvnou vlastnos\u0165ou modern\u00e9ho \u010dloveka je z\u013eah\u010dovanie. V\u0161etci chceme v\u0161etko r\u00fdchlo, bez n\u00e1mahy a ide\u00e1lne aj bez rozm\u00fd\u0161\u013eania. Takto si budujeme svoje komfortn\u00e9 z\u00f3ny, z ktor\u00fdch ale \u0165a\u017eko vych\u00e1dzame. Obmedzujeme teda samy seba v rozkvete. A zatv\u00e1rame sa do bubl\u00edn proti vonkaj\u0161iemu svetu. Pr\u00e1ve pohodlnos\u0165 a dostupnos\u0165, ktor\u00fa na modernom svete m\u00e1me tak radi, prin\u00e1\u0161a do n\u00e1\u0161ho \u017eivota komplik\u00e1cie. Napr\u00edklad pre\u010do \u0161liapa\u0165 na bicykli, ak si m\u00f4\u017eeme zaobstara\u0165 bicykel elektrick\u00fd &#8211; sme dopraven\u00fd pohodlnej\u0161ie, r\u00fdchlej\u0161ie a takmer bez n\u00e1mahy. Len\u017ee sme zabudli na jedno, zdrav\u00fd \u010dlovek potrebuje pohyb. V z\u00e1vislosti na svojej pohodlnosti sa h\u00fdbeme menej a priber\u00e1me. Nem\u00f4\u017eeme potom o\u010dak\u00e1va\u0165 dobr\u00fa imunitu, pevn\u00e9 kosti a zdrav\u00e9 k\u013aby.
